Corrections

If a number here is wrong, we want to fix it rather than defend it. Email [email protected] with the page and the figure.

How errors happen here

Two main ways. EIA revises previously published months, and our pages pick the revision up at the next rebuild — that is a change, not an error. Or our processing is wrong: a mislabelled period, a bad conversion, a rank computed against the wrong set. Those are errors, we correct them and note what changed.

What we will not do

We will not remove or adjust a correct figure because a supplier, broker or utility would prefer a different number published.
